CHRISTOPHER SANTORO

KICKBOXING FUNDAMENTALS, SANDA KICKBOXING

About The Instructor

Chris Santoro is a lifelong martial artist who got his start practicing Okinawan Goju Ryu karate as a kid. Since starting Sanda Kickboxing here in 2022, he’s been an active competitor and assistant coach in amateur fights and tournaments—namely the annual US Kuo Shu Tournament.

Chris’ style of coaching for combat sports balances the need for intense sparring and conditioning with a traditional martial arts focus on technique and repetition. He believes anyone can become great if they continuously work hard and keep an curious mind. When he’s not teaching, you’ll find him in the gym trying new ways to land his favorite head kicks.
